We met in 2014, and somewhere along the way, our love for each other grew alongside our love for cooking. We both grew up in families where food meant comfort, celebration, and togetherness. Recipes were passed down, meals were shared, and the kitchen was always a place where people felt at home.

In 2018, we started cooking for friends and family. One small request became another, and soon we were preparing food for school events, corporate gatherings, celebrations, and special occasions.

What started in our kitchen eventually became The Palate Pantry, officially launched in 2025. But at its heart, nothing really changed. We still cook the way we cook for our own family—with good ingredients, thoughtful preparation, generous portions, and a lot of care.

Now that we have children of our own, we understand even more how food becomes part of family memories. A favorite dish, a shared table, a meal prepared with love—these are the little things that stay with us.
